Product warranty terms
For all branded products, the manufacturer assumes through your agency the warranty of your product. You can go directly to the authorized service of the manufacturer or send us the defective product and wait for the opinion to be made within a reasonable time. By purchasing any kind, beyond the manufacturer's warranty, we provide you with an additional guarantee of immediate replacement in the case of DOA (Dead On Arrival) or a defective product, after the relevant opinion of any repairer recognized by the manufacturer.
The warranty automatically expires in the following cases:
1. When the product is tampered with by

2. When the damage is due to poor wiring, accident, drop, vibration, exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity or liquid discharge.

The DOA warranty is provided for up to 7 days from the date of purchase of the product under the following conditions:

Defective products as a result of incorrect user handling
We can not approve the replacement or refund for products that have been damaged due to misuse. In this case, we return the product.

The product is stored in Marknet.gr warehouse for up to 30 days, after 30 days is available on the market.
Defective products that are being tested by the Service at the Service

Loss of data

Loss of shipping parcels
If you do not receive the products within the delivery time specified by the responsible service, please contact our customer service department.
